Refund & Credit Policy

• A full refund is available within one (1) year from the original purchase date.
• No refunds will be issued after one year.
• Unused funds after one year will remain as non-refundable clinic credit.
• Credit is non-transferable except under a verified medical exception.

Service Flexibility

• Patients may upgrade at any time from a lower-cost procedure to a higher-cost procedure (e.g., egg freezing to IVF).
• Downgrading to a lower-value procedure is not permitted.
• Procedure type may be changed at any time while the credit remains active.

Medical Exception – Credit Transfer

If clinical evaluation confirms that treatment cannot be continued for medical reasons, the patient may choose:

1. To receive a refund (if within the one-year refund period), or
2. To transfer the credit to a friend or family member, subject to:
   • Transfer is permitted only under a documented medical exception.
   • Only one transfer is allowed.
   • The recipient must create a patient profile and comply with all clinic requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Full payment must be completed between November 18–28, 2025.
• Promotion applies to all fertility-related procedures.
• Purchase must be completed via phone or email with clinic staff.
• The promotion will be documented in the patient’s account by staff members.
